Why drinking more water will improve health

Drinking enough water is a key element for maintaining your health and general well-being. Increasing your daily intake of water helps keep your skin looking vibrant and younger, aids digestion, improves your concentration and helps to remove toxins from your body.
Water helps to cool our bodies, detoxifies and helps with our metabolism.
Another benefit of drinking the correct level of water is that it will help fight against Flu and colds.
The human body depending on size is 55% to 75% water which makes it a main component of the human body.

  • Brain consists of 90% of water
  • Bone consists of 22% of water
  • Blood consists of 83% water
